Our refund policy is simple: THERE ARE NO REFUNDS

We build NEW, one-of-a-kind leather holsters by hand for discerning customers around the world. The moment a firearm is inserted into that holster or it is tried on, no matter how careful the buyer may be, it becomes a USED holster. We do not sell used holsters. If you are unsure about your needs or fitment, we are here to answer any questions before you buy and in some cases, have sample holsters for you to try.

WARRANTY RETURNS:


The warranty is for the lifetime of the product to the current owner. The holster must be returned with the original warranty card. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
